Mindfulness and meditation is about being present in the current moment, allowing yourself to disengage from outside thoughts, developing a greater sense of emotional balance and wellbeing.
Complete 3 meditation sessions a week (minimum of 10 minutes in one sitting) to earn 75 points per week.
Start by activating your meditation app membership, select your areas for development, and undertake a series of meditation sessions to improve your mental wellbeing.
The meditation apps will keep a record of your minutes spent meditating, and will sync your meditation minutes via Apple Health or Google Fit.

This handy and lightweight meditation tool is completely free. Meditation Timer & Log is easy to use and has bubbly feeling to lift you up. Practice meditation the way you like it, and we will help you to personalise and keep track of your meditation activities.
Step 2
Meditation is tracked via your mobile device health app (Apple Health or Google Fit). You must first connect your health app (Apple Health or Google Fit) to AIA Vitality before you can earn points with a mindfulness app.

Open your meditation app from the home screen. See compatible apps above.
Step 4
Go to the meditation apps settings page, usually found via the menu.
Step 5
Enable 'Apple Health' or 'Google Fit' in your meditation app.
Step 6
Allow data to be stored, on your phone go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > chosen app and then allow to write data.
