AIA Vitality has partnered with Mentemia, an app designed to help support your mental wellbeing. 

Mentemia has been developed in consultation with clinical and technology experts to help manage stress, anxiety, and worries we might be experiencing. The app provides a range of tools full of practical tips and techniques, including videos, articles and exercises, to help support your mental wellbeing. 

Participate in one activity in the Mentemia app each day, four days per week to earn 75 AIA Vitality Points.

1. Download the free Mentemia app and create an account.

 

 


2. Link your AIA Vitality membership to your Mentemia account.

Make sure you give consent for data sharing with AIA Vitality so you can earn AIA Vitality Points for participating in activites. 

3. Use the Mentemia app to participate in one activity a day, four days each week to earn 75 AIA Vitality Points.

Yes, you need to participate in at least one activity in the Mentemia app each day, for four days in a week to earn 75 Points.
