Mentemia has been developed in consultation with clinical and technology experts to help manage stress, anxiety, and worries we might be experiencing. The app provides a range of tools full of practical tips and techniques, including videos, articles and exercises, to help support your mental wellbeing.

How do I earn Points?
Simply participate in one (any) activity in the Mentemia app a day, four days each week and you’ll earn 75 AIA Vitality Points. There’s a range of activities to choose from including watching videos, reading articles and completing short activities.
Do I need to participate in activities on four separate days?
Yes, you need to participate in at least one activity in the Mentemia app each day, for four days in a week to earn 75 Points.
