A breast cancer screen is an X-ray of the breast tissue that can find changes too small to be felt during a physical examination. It is used to check for breast cancer in women who have no signs or symptoms. To qualify for the Points for this assessment you must be 45+ years old or have this screen deemed clinically appropriate by your health professional.

If clinically appropriate, complete a breast cancer screen every two years and you’ll earn 1,000 AIA Vitality Points for two consecutive years.
