How can I link my Fitbit with AIA Vitality?

I’m on the Fitbit website but can’t see my AIA Vitality discount. What’s wrong?

The discount is only available when purchased online at the Fitbit store, accessed through your AIA Vitality portal.

There’s a new Fitbit device available I’m interested in. Will my discount apply?

Any new, recently-launched (into the New Zealand market) Fitbit devices will take up to four weeks to appear as an AIA Vitality-discounted item in the Fitbit store.

You can save up to 30% off the recommended retail price of all Fitbit devices when purchased through your AIA Vitality member portal. There is a limit of five (5) devices per transaction. This discount does not apply to Fitbit purchases made at retail stores or through any other websites. As the Fitbit Aria™ Wi-Fi Smart Scale does not sync with AIA Vitality, members are unable to receive a discount or earn AIA Vitality points with this device.
