How it works

You can earn up to 300 Airpoints Dollars™ or $300 worth of Countdown gift cards each membership year by making healthier choices and continuing to engage with the AIA Vitality program.

As an AIA Vitality member, you start your journey on Bronze status. As you learn more about your health and take steps to improve it, you'll earn AIA Vitality points and you’ll move from Bronze to Silver, to Gold to Platinum and finally reach 35,000 points. The higher your AIA Vitality status, the more Airpoints Dollars or Countdown gift cards you'll earn.

How can I earn all $300 worth of Status Rewards each year?

You need to reach each AIA Vitality Status - Silver, Gold, Platinum and 35,000 points in one membership year to earn either300 Airpoints Dollars or $300 worth of Countdown gift cards.

You'll earn 25 Airpoints Dollars^TM or a $25 Countdown gift card when you reach AIA Vitality Silver status (which means you've earned 10,000 AIA Vitality points), 50 Airpoints Dollars^TMor a $50 Countdown gift card when you reach AIA Vitality Gold status (earned 20,000 AIA Vitality points) 100 Airpoints Dollars^TM or a $100 Countdown gift card when you reach AIA Vitality Platinum status (30,000 AIA Vitality points) and finally 125 Airpoints Dollars^TM or a $125 Countdown gift card when you reach 35,000 AIA Vitality points.

How can I see my Status Rewards claims history?

Check your Claims History in the AIA Vitality app (or above) - you'll be able to see either your Airpoints Dollars^TM or Countdown gift cards you've earned.
