Claim your Airpoints Dollars™ today and start exploring the many ways you can spend them. You must claim within six months of qualifying for the reward.
You can earn up to 300 Airpoints Dollars™ each membership year by making healthier choices and continuing to engage with the AIA Vitality program.
As an AIA Vitality member, you start your journey on Bronze status. As you learn more about your health and take steps to improve it, you'll earn AIA Vitality points and you’ll move from Bronze to Silver, Gold to Platinum and finally reach 35,000 points. The higher your AIA Vitality status, the more Airpoints Dollars you'll earn.
You need to reach each AIA Vitality Status - Silver, Gold, Platinum and finally 35,000 points in one membership year to earn all 300 Airpoints Dollars™. As you reach each status, the applicable Airpoints Dollars will be credited to your Airpoints account.
You'll earn 25 Airpoints Dollars when you reach AIA Vitality Silver status (which means you've earned 10,000 AIA Vitality points), 50 Airpoints Dollars when you reach AIA Vitality Gold status (earned 20,000 AIA Vitality points) and 100 Airpoints Dollars when you reach AIA Vitality Platinum status (30,000 AIA Vitality points) and 125 Airpoints Dollars when you reach 35,000 AIA Vitality points.
Your Airpoints number can be updated in the Airpoints member details section.
Check your Claims History in the AIA Vitality app - you'll be able to see either your Airpoints Dollars or Countdown gift cards you've earned.
Yes. Simply change the Airpoints membership details in the Airpoints member details section in the AIA Vitality app. You're able to redeem the Airpoints Dollars to any active Airpoints account. Please note that AIA Vitality will save the most recent membership details you've entered in the redemption section. You need to carefully check the Airpoints details each time you redeem.
When you reach a new AIA Vitality status, you’ll be invited to claim your reward by following three simple steps:
- Access your AIA Vitality account
- Tap on Status Rewards or the Airpoints tile
- Click ‘claim now’ and confirm your Airpoints™ membership number
The applicable Airpoints Dollars™ (depending on the AIA Vitality status you’ve achieved) will then be credited to your account.
Member must nominate Airpoints membership number and claim their reward to enable Airpoints Dollars to be credited. Members must claim their Airpoints within six months of qualifying for the reward.
