You can earn up to $300 worth of Countdown gift cards each membership year by making healthier choices and continuing to engage with the AIA Vitality program.
As an AIA Vitality member, you start your journey on Bronze status. As you learn more about your health and take steps to improve it, you'll earn AIA Vitality points and you’ll move from Bronze to Silver, Gold to Platinum and finally reach 35,000 points. The higher your AIA Vitality status, the more Countdown gift cards you'll earn.

Please take the gift card with you to any participating Countdown store and scan the barcode followed by the PIN number at the checkout.
If the barcode scanner is not working, manually enter the 13 digit In-store Number followed by the PIN. Countdown staff will be able to assist you shall you need it.
Yes. You can use more than one gift card by scanning them one after another. The Countdown staff will be able to assist you with the redemption process.
No. The gift card is only redeemable at participating Countdown stores.
